The overall stay was good. The room is spacious and had some of the basic amenities, coffee and tea were not provided. The group floor dining area near the elevator had a disturbing smell but the rooms were clean. The linen is not changing throughout the duration of the stay but towels are changed upon request.
The best part of the hotel is the close proximity to the beach and plenty of restaurants to choose from.

photos and reviews were a little misleading and it really didn’t live up to expectations. rooms were old and the toilet was really dark. the first floor (which is a restaurant) smells very awful everytime you enter. saw people checking out and demanding refunds. it’s an adequate hotel for a short stay and if you’re not picky but if you want something better, certainly look elsewhere…

Valencia Hotel is the best value hotel around.
There are many hotels around here with ants.
This hotel cleans well and I have never seen any ants.

I had planned to stay at this hotel for 0.5 nights, but I missed my flight and took a flight the next morning. I arrived in the morning and slept at the airport, and I visited with an unwashed appearance. I arrived before check-out time and planned to leave before check-out time. But it was fortunate that I didn't stay because I missed my flight...ㅎㅎ
The location seems okay, but how old is the accommodation? It looks like it opened in 2023 on the app, so I thought it would be basically clean, but it seems like it opened after a partial remodel? It's a little worse than a motel. There was lipstick on the wall in the room, and there was a water leak on the ceiling? It looked really dirty. It wasn't everything you see in the pictures. It didn't look like it was cleaned badly, but it seems like the building itself is old?? Oh, and Trip.com doesn't seem to look at the requests you write for accommodations.
I wrote it there because I didn't have contact information, but it seems like they didn't read it at all.

I have specifically booked two ocean view rooms(one for my friend and his wife) when we arrived the hotel offered regular rooms without ocean view instead, and didn't offer any explanation, as for amenities, only two wall plugs neither of them are working, the AC turns on/off automatically, as a result it could not keep cool, finally I demanded room change, my friend's room is also bad does not have hot water, they sent in the technician to fix it after complains about it, why can't they check everything before rent it out?
I am really disappointed and I won't recommend it to anybody.
